The connecting plates and the pins are made of steel St-37. The body and the saddle are made of cast steel St-37. The cotter pin is self-locking and it is made of stainless steel. The M12 U-bolts, the nuts, the washers and the spring washers are made of steel.
The Copper zones for body ditch and for saddle ditch are made of electrolyte copper with thickness 0,5 mm |

The connecting plates, the pins, the body, the saddle and the U-bolts are hot dip galvanised according to PPC SA technical specification ×Ê 11.02 / 10.3.88 (GR-181). |
