Precautions for saddles good use
1.  
Check the diameter of the pipe and make sure you are using correctly sized saddle.
2.  
Clean the pipe to remove as much dirt and corrosion as possible from the surface.
3.  
Make sure that no foreign material becomes lodged between sealing gasket and pipe as the nuts are tightened.
4.  
Avoid loose fitting wrenches, or wrenches too short to achieve proper torque on nuts.
5.  
Keep threads free of foreign material to facilitate tightening.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Check saddles parties to ensure that no damage has occurred during transport and that no part is missing.
2.  
Check the diameter of the pipe and use the range indicated in the saddle to make sure that you use the right size saddle.
3.  
Carefully clean the surface of the pipe which will be covered by saddle. Clean the pipe to remove as many pollutants and erosion from the surface. Use soapy water if necessary.
4.  
Relax / unscrew the nuts. Remove the clamping belt from the body of the saddle.
5.  
Place the body of the saddle on the pipe so that the water outlet is on the right place.
6.  
Install the clamping belt on the body of the saddle, and tighten the nuts tight. Make sure that the rubber sealing tap , has a flat seat on the surface of the pipe.
7.  
Tighten all nuts evenly. Use a French or German wrench.
